Home Hire - Landlord Application

Thank you for your interest in and support for Barrier Reef Dive Cruise and Travel's Home Hire.

Applications are being sought from interested parties who wish to rent their homes for the V8 Supercars Townsville 400 from 8-10 July 2011. If you would like to register your property with us please complete the enclosed form and return it to this office as soon as possible. The sooner your application is returned the better the chances of securing a booking for your property.

All properties are inspected upon entering the program; they are subject to a reinspection every three years. Once your application has been received you will be contacted to arrange a suitable inspection time.

Barrier Reef Dive Cruise and Travel staff will make every effort to arrange a suitable booking for your property, taking into consideration the facilities of the property and bedding configuration as well as the requirements of the tenant. Receipt of your application form does not necessarily mean that a booking will be allocated to your home.

You are advised that all homeowners involved are required to have Home and Contents policies which include legal liability cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance cover is adequate for participation in these programs. (See Home Hire Guidelines)
